Your story matters!

We all have a wonderful, unique, inspiring story that begs to be told. Say "YES"  and share your story.  Why? Sharing our stories help us to feel connected , supported, heard and more. Your story matters! "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you."~ Maya Angelou

People love telling their stories so much there's even a National Storytelling Festival in Tennessee that takes place each October on the first full weekend of the month. Visit the International Storytelling Center to learn more about the power of storytelling.

“Long before I wrote stories, I listened for stories. Listening for them is something more acute than listening to them. I suppose it’s an early form of participation in what goes on. Listening children know stories are there. When their elders sit and begin, children are just waiting and hoping for one to come out, like a mouse from its hole.” ~ Eudora Welty
